Understand Spechio's pricing plans, what's included, and how to manage your subscription.

Spechio offers three plans designed to grow with your organization.

All plans include unlimited bookings, real-time conflict prevention, booking confirmation emails, team invitations, and the full admin dashboard.

Choosing the Right Plan

Starter is ideal if you have a small office with up to 10 bookable spaces and one person managing everything.

Growth is for organizations that need more rooms or want multiple team members to have admin access.

Business is for large organizations that need unlimited rooms, unlimited admins, and access to the AI Booking Agent. Contact us for custom pricing.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Admin Dashboard → Settings or visit the Pricing page
  2. Select the plan you want
  3. Complete checkout via Stripe

Your new plan limits take effect immediately.

Billing & Invoices

Spechio uses Stripe for all payments. Your subscription renews monthly on the same day you first subscribed.

To manage your billing, update your payment method, or download invoices, contact us at hello@spechio.com and we'll send you a link to your Stripe billing portal.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel, email hello@spechio.com. Your workspace will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, bookings will be disabled but your data will be retained for 30 days.
