Inviting & Managing Your Team
How to invite teammates, assign roles, and manage your workspace members.
All team management happens in the Admin Dashboard → Team tab.
Inviting a Team Member
- Go to Admin Dashboard → Team
- Enter the person's email address
- Select their role — Member or Admin
- Click Send Invite
The person will receive an invitation email from Spechio. When they click the link, they'll be added to your workspace with the role you assigned.
Invitations expire after 7 days. If someone doesn't receive it or the link expires, you can resend the invitation from the same tab.
Roles Explained

Domain Auto-Join
If your workspace has a team email domain set (e.g. acme.com), new users who sign up with a matching email will be prompted to join your workspace automatically — without needing an individual invitation.
This is useful for large teams where inviting everyone one by one isn't practical. Users who auto-join are always added as members.
Note: Personal email domains (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, etc.) are not eligible for auto-join. Those users must be invited manually.
Admin Limits by Plan
Your plan determines how many admins your workspace can have:
- Starter — 1 admin
- Growth — up to 3 admins
- Business — unlimited admins
If you need more admins, upgrade your plan.
Removing a Team Member
To remove someone from your workspace, click the Remove button next to their name in the Team tab. Their existing bookings will remain in the system but they will no longer have access to Spechio.
