Managing Your Bookings

How to view, cancel, or reschedule your room bookings.

All your bookings are available in one place so you can stay on top of your schedule.

Viewing Your Bookings

Click My Bookings in the top navigation. You'll see:

  • Upcoming — all future confirmed bookings
  • Past — bookings that have already ended

Each booking shows the room name, date, time, and meeting title.

Cancelling a Booking

  1. Go to My Bookings
  2. Find the booking you want to cancel
  3. Click Cancel
  4. Confirm the cancellation

The room is immediately freed up for other teammates. You and any attendees on the booking will receive a cancellation email.

Note: You can only cancel bookings that haven't started yet. Once a meeting time has passed, the booking is locked in the archive.

Rescheduling a Booking

To reschedule, cancel the existing booking and create a new one for your preferred time. Check the room's availability calendar first to make sure your new time is free.

Bookings That Require Approval

Some rooms may be set to require approval by an admin before a booking is confirmed. If this is the case:

  • Your booking status will show as Pending
  • An admin will review and approve or decline it
  • You'll be notified once a decision is made

Most rooms do not require approval — your booking is confirmed instantly.

If Your Booking Gets Cancelled by an Admin

If an admin cancels your booking (for example, due to maintenance or a room being taken offline), you'll receive a cancellation email. The email will include any notes left by the admin explaining why.

If this happens, head back to the Rooms page to find an alternative.
